Signing in

TintMeta logins are created by invitation from your shop’s owner or manager. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Can’t find your invitation? Ask your shop to send it again from the Team page.

Calls on the iPhone app

Allow the microphone when asked, and keep notifications on so incoming calls ring even when the app is closed. If calls don’t ring or have no audio, email us with the time of the call and we’ll look into it.

• Deleting your account — delete your login from the app, or ask for a whole shop to be deleted.

Booked with a shop?

Questions about an appointment, a quote or an invoice are best answered by the shop you booked with — reply to their text or call them. To stop texts from a shop, reply STOP.
